Our services
Black Excellence Versatile Agency provides business support services including company registration assistance, compliance support, graphic design and branding, and CV writing. We act as an agent assisting you with applications; we are not the issuing authority.
Orders and payment
Work begins once payment is received and all required information and documents have been submitted. Quoted fees are for our service. Official fees charged by third parties, such as CIPC fees or CIDB grading fees, are payable in addition to our fee and are quoted to you before we proceed.
Turnaround
Turnaround time is 2 working days after payment and receipt of all required information and documents. Where an outcome depends on a third party such as CIPC, SARS or the CIDB, we submit within that time but cannot control how long the authority takes to process or approve an application.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information and documents you submit are accurate, lawful and yours to share. Delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information are not our responsibility, and additional resubmission fees may apply.
Design ownership
Once a design project is fully paid, ownership of the final approved artwork transfers to you. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
