We collect only what we need to deliver the service you requested: your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, business details, and any documents you choose to upload such as identity documents, proof of address, existing registrations or a current CV.
How we use it
Your information is used to complete registrations and applications on your behalf, to prepare documents or designs for you, and to contact you about your order. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Sharing
Where a service requires it, we submit your information to the relevant authority or platform, such as CIPC, SARS, the CSD, CIDB, the Department of Employment and Labour or similar. We share nothing beyond what the application requires.
Storage and protection
Form submissions and uploads are delivered directly to our business email inbox and stored in our private records. They are never published on this website or listed publicly. Access is limited to team members working on your order.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once your service is complete. Email info@blackexcellenceva.co.za and we will respond.
