Refund and Service Policy
Before work has started
If you cancel before we begin work or submit anything on your behalf, you receive a full refund of our service fee.
After work has started
Once an application has been submitted or a design draft delivered, our service fee is non-refundable because the work has been performed. Official third-party fees already paid to authorities cannot be refunded.
If an application is rejected
If an application is rejected because of an error on our side, we correct and resubmit it at no additional service fee. If it is rejected because of incorrect information supplied by you, or a decision of the authority, a resubmission fee may apply and will be quoted first.
Design revisions
Design projects include a fair number of revisions on the agreed concept. Changing direction entirely after approval is quoted as new work.
Requesting a refund
Email info@blackexcellenceva.co.za with your order reference. We respond within 2 working days, and approved refunds are paid back using the original payment method.
